Chessington World of Adventures- Elmers Flying Jumbos

We were tasked with relocating Jumbo elephants to the rear of the gift shop at Adventure point. To make life difficult we had to remove the old foundations for the old carousel to make way for the sunken pit. A reinforced concrete foundation was constructed within the centre of the area. Blocks were then laid on a concrete foundation and the walls was built to retain the loading platform. Tarmac surfacing was laid to form the queue lines and platform and finally coloured composite fencing was erected to form both the ride perimeter and new queue lines.
