We were appointed to deliver comprehensive improvements to the Lodge Car Park at Chessington World of Adventures Resort, one of the UK’s leading family leisure destinations. The project focused on enhancing the visitor arrival experience, improving traffic flow, and upgrading parking infrastructure to support the resort’s growing number of guests.

Works included the refurbishment and resurfacing of key parking areas, drainage upgrades, kerb improvements, pavement and access route upgrades, and the installation of new line markings and lighting columns.

The project was delivered within a live operational environment, requiring careful planning and phased construction to minimise disruption to guests, hotel operations, and resort activities. Through close collaboration with the client and site management teams, works were completed efficiently while maintaining access throughout the programme.

The completed improvements have provided a more durable, accessible, and user friendly parking facility, supporting the long term operational requirements of the resort and enhancing the overall visitor experience from arrival through to departure.
