Lyne, Chertsey- Concrete Yard

This project involved breaking up the tarmac, excavating and filling in preparation for the concrete. Formwork, steel reinforcing and movement joints were installed and the special ‘Pav 2’ heavy duty concrete was laid and floated to form a new 600m/2 yard area. Heavy duty Aco channels were installed to deal with surface water.
Leatherhead- Entrance improvement works

Works involved breaking out the existing slabs and lights, replacing manhole covers, installing new lights and relaying new slabs and pier caps. The client was impressed at our standard of work and how we managed the works safely whilst maintaining unrestricted access to both offices for the duration of the project.

Today we say goodbye to ‘Lee’s Lake’ and hello to the new fit for purpose tarmac road and pathways. With new drainage installed and some well placed rocks this area will be kept clean and dry for years to come.

This project involved forming a new concrete parking area for offices. Having removed the existing cracked concrete, installed a new sub base, new surface water drainage, reinforcement mesh and a strong 150mm layer of concrete this area will be fit for purpose for many many years.
